Best Humbuckers (pickups) for a PRS Hollowbody: Fishman Fluence Classic
If you don't mind dealing with the headache of installing an active pickup in a PRS Hollowbody, the Fishman Fluence pickups are absolutely fantastic. If you don't want to fool with that, the Pearly Gates and Burstbucker sets are next in line.

1. Fishman Fluence Classic (or Modern)
The stacked coil technology is the cream of the crop, giving you the nuance of passive pickups, and the smooth modern chunk and sustain of modern pickups.
Important Note: Installation of an active pickup in PRS guitars can be a bit tricky, since you'll need space for a 9V battery. You might need to seek the help of a guitar tech. It's doable, but just something you should be aware of.
As I've mentioned a couple times, the wiring here might be tricky, since these pickups are active. But in a PRS Hollowbody, I personally guarantee that they will sound fantastic.
