Empress Phaser Settings Idea
Two-Stage Phasing Echo
I used the two-stage mode on the Empress Phaser pedal to get a pulsating phaser sound that behaved almost like a delay/echo effect. This is great for layering clean tones and getting more ethereal sounds from a pedal that's dedicated to modulation.

Here's a quick sample of the sound I was able to get. I've marked where I had the controls set so you can easily dial them in on your own. Note the two-stage mode is selected, so make sure to do that. You'll need to set the desired tap tempo as well.
