This is a roundup of mini jumbo acoustic guitars from the most reputable brands on the market. To my surprise, PRS actually makes a lot of these, so that's a good brand to start with. Mini jumbos are basically the jumbo body shape but sized down slightly. Although if you're here, you probably already knew that. Here's the list.

Distinctives of a Mini Jumbo Acoustic
A mini jumbo acoustic is still a larger guitar, but it's not as big as a traditional jumbo. This gives it a more ergonomic and comfortable shape, which is helpful whether you're standing or sitting. You'll get some more bass out of the design since they usually have a larger lower bout, but also a thinner waist. In summary, it's basically the added volume and tone of a jumbo with a more comfortable body design.
Here's a nice demo of the PRS SE A60E. This is definitely one of my favorites from the list.
Other Features to Consider
Make sure you look at the tonewood of the top piece. I'd recommend a solid top, as opposed to laminate and if you can get solid wood for the back and sides, that's even better. Electronics (preamp and pickup) should get some attention as well. If you don't want to amplify the acoustic, go for a mini jumbo that omits electronics entirely.
