Our disclosure↬

Fender Telecasters have always been popular options for modifications and unique feature add-ons. But adding a Floyd Rose to a regular Telecaster is a difficult project that I wouldn't recommend tackling unless you're a really experienced guitar tech or luthier.
Plus, you might just want to buy new, in which case you have one option: The Fender American Ultra Luxe Telecaster.
This is the only Telecaster Fender makes that comes standard with a Floyd Rose.
It's a fantastic guitar, but also priced accordingly.
They do not come cheap.

The Ultra Luxe is the only current Telecaster built by Fender that comes with a Floyd Rose locking system.
Fender American Ultra Luxe Telecaster Price Guide
This chart doesn't include used options, though with such an expensive guitar, the secondhand market isn't particularly active. We could only find the Ultra Luxe Floyd version on two of the retailers we track.
Price updated Sun, December 03rd, 2023.
There's also a Stratocaster Ultra Luxe with a Floyd Rose, which seems to be more widely available. It'll just depend on when you look, but I wouldn't expect to see much of a variety in price.
Are there any older models with a Floyd Rose?
I did some digging around and found one other Telecaster from the early '90s, and it's a fascinating ordeal. I took a screenshot of the entry in Reverb because there was only one available. It's called the Fender HMT Telecaster.

The Fender HMT Telecaster is the only other Floyd Rose-equipped Tele I could find.
This is an incredibly unique guitar, that I had no idea even existed. Here's a closer look at the feature image in the Reverb entry:

There aren't many of these around, and the ones that are will hold a ton of value because of their rarity.
And take a look at this headstock:

I've never seen a Fender headstock like this. I want it.
Anyways, Reverb actually has a product page for this guitar, which will populate with whatever models are available. Their "item" pages are single product entries, which will disappear when the product sells or is removed.
From what I understand, the "product" pages on Reverb stay up regardless of inventory.
When I came across this entry, it was the only one, but you can check for more. It'll depend on when you're looking.

Conclusion and questions
To get your hands on a Telecaster with a Floyd Rose, you've got limited options, and they're all going to cost you a lot of money. Even the modification method will be costly, in terms of buying the Floyd and then the labor involved, whether it's your own or paying somebody else.
I think your best bet is a new Ultra Luxe, because even if you find something on the used markets like the HMT, you're only gonna pay more because of how rare they are.
Supply and demand, and all that.
But aside from all the fuss, these are just really cool guitars.
